Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation

Should I Pay Taxes?

How Does Shipping Work for Oversized Items?
Oversized items are large products including most furniture, bathtubs, sofa,
bed, TV-cabinet, big table sinks etc that must ship by Freight Outside Home
Delivery Service due to size or weight.
Delivery of oversized items is limited to the first accessible dry area
outside the home. The truck driver is responsible for delivering the goods
to the agreed-upon location. Customers are required to provide their own
warehouse equipment for unloading, or arrange for additional assistance from
capable adults to transport the items into their homes.
Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you.

Under what circumstances do I need to pay additional shipping charges?
Additional delivery charges may apply under the following circumstances:

Failure to accept delivery within 5 business days of the initial delivery attempt by the shipping company may result in daily storage fees.

A second delivery attempt is necessary due to customer non-compliance or rescheduling, requiring payment for the second delivery.

What Should I Do When I Received a Damaged Item?

Upon receipt, please kindly sign the word “damaged” on the proof of delivery (for freight shipping) and inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately.

Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the lights not working when fitted, faucets leaking while installed, and damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?
There are a few steps you can take, better within 24 hours after your item shows as delivered:

Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Shipped: It depends on the carrier’s service. Some carriers

Each order allows for the specification of only one shipping address. Obvious Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please immediately inspect the items and check their condition. With obvious damage on items themselves, please refuse the specific package, and clearly mark down the damage situation when signing any paperwork. If the carrier denies your refusal and insists on you accepting the shipment, please document the series of events (package damage, item damage, not being allowed to refuse, etc.) on all paperwork and take photographs. If you accept the goods without noting the circumstances, the carrier might refuse to address the damages caused during transit.

I Received a Wrong Item
If you believe you have received the wrong product, please verify the item number of the item(s) you received compared to your order confirmation and/or invoice. If it does not match, contact customer service immediately, be sure to include the copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & Qty of the wrong item(s), provide pictures clearly showing the wrong item. The wrong item must be returned in original packaging, WeBathroom will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You can exchange it for the correct one or request a full refund.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
If we cancel your order, we will refund you within 3 working days.
If you apply for a return refund, when we receive your return, we will
refund you within 5 working days after receipt and inspection.
The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn
from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.
If you originally paid with credit card, please allow up to one billing
cycle for the credit to show in the bank statement. It mostly depends on how
fast your bank processes the credit.
Please do not request a chargeback from your credit card company during the

Why Should I Keep the Original Packaging?
Due to the nature of our products, whether it be large furniture or other smaller items, they are often in the heavy or delicate categories. Our packaging is specially made to cater to each individual item. They are rigorously tested to ensure they can withstand most kinds of incidences in transportation. Any self-packed items by the customer will have a high chance of being damaged on the way caused by flimsy materials or improper techniques. That’s why we don’t generally allow any returns without their complete original packaging. In a way, this also prevents lots of potentially wasted efforts and protects the customer’s interest.

Yeah, it’s a pretty great toilet. It was delivered here in Colorado pretty quickly and the plumber who was working on my new bathroom addition was the one who installed it.
The heated seat is pretty sweet. The buttons on the remote are a little confusing and wish there was a bit more information on features but you can figure it out.
Considering I had never heard of this website or brand before I was a bit nervous but it is legit. I went off the reviews of others to pull the trigger and glad I did.
It’s gotten to the point where I don’t like using any other toilet because it just makes me feel like some dark ages dirty peasant.
Only other thing is that the automatic lid lift system is sensitive and will lift when walking by. Not to bad for the space I placed it in because the foot sensor is by the wall leading into the shower so it doesn’t sense too much movement (see pics).
Something to keep in mind if you’re going to place it next to a sink where you may be getting ready. Everytime you brush your teeth it may try to suggest you have a seat.

I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this may be helpful. The bidet is very nicely designed and well packaged. The installation instructions are decent but do not mention one important part, the valve that is included has an outlet that goes to the bidet ((metric) (I think 24mm)) and imperial on the other end ((line-in) (half inch)), this also has an inline internal filter. The copper pipe coming out of my wall is 1/2″ with a compression fitting angle stop valve with a 3/8″ compression fitting threaded male nipple out. I chose to leave the existing stop valve in place and get a 3/8″ compression to 1/2″ NPT/FIP hose to place between the two valves (NOT ALL threads on pipes/hoses are the same). I was then able to hide all of the hoses inside the back of the bidet, this also will allow me to clean out the filter in the supplied valve easily by turning off the stop valve first. I also found the setup instructions to be ok but the operating instructions are lacking. I hope this helps.

It came with a nice remote with all the features. It stays cleaner inside than a regular toilet I noticed I have to clean it only 1/4 the time of a regular toilet. Newly installed smart toilet. Everything works well as for a premium toilet .I used to have the toto toilet seat cover and this is miles ahead of it. Battery life on the controller is amazing. The toilet seat activation works closer to proximity, avoiding false activations from walking near the toilet.
But here are my biggest gripes. Fastening the screw inside the toiletseat instead of being on the outside.You better have enough space or small hands to reach in and fasten the screws. Secondly, the seat mis-identifies if I’mon the pot.Theres times I’m sitting on the can and the lid is closing on me. Where is the sensor?
The instructions manual is very barebones. It is written by amateur Chinese and usage instructions are bare.
Overall it is a fantastic pot butI need to learn how to use it to maximize it’s potential. But don’t expect the manual to tell you
