How to Track the Package?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation

Should I Pay Taxes?

How Does Shipping Work for Oversized Items?
Oversized items are large products including most furniture, bathtubs, sofa,
bed, TV-cabinet, big table sinks etc that must ship by Freight Outside Home
Delivery Service due to size or weight.
Delivery of oversized items is limited to the first accessible dry area
outside the home. The truck driver is responsible for delivering the goods
to the agreed-upon location. Customers are required to provide their own
warehouse equipment for unloading, or arrange for additional assistance from
capable adults to transport the items into their homes.
Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you.

Under what circumstances do I need to pay additional shipping charges?
Additional delivery charges may apply under the following circumstances:

Requesting a change of delivery address after the shipment has been dispatched.

Failure to accept delivery within 5 business days of the initial delivery attempt by the shipping company may result in daily storage fees.

A second delivery attempt is necessary due to customer non-compliance or rescheduling, requiring payment for the second delivery.

Abandonment of goods will incur a disposal fee for waste management.
What Should I Do When I Received a Damaged Item?

Upon receipt, please kindly sign the word “damaged” on the proof of delivery (for freight shipping) and inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately.

Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the lights not working when fitted, faucets leaking while installed, and damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

All product issue inquiries may need to inform us within 14 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 14 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.

For orders with fragile items like marble tabletops, bathtubs, ceramic sinks, etc., please inspect the contents upon delivery and record an unpacking video. What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?
There are a few steps you can take, better within 24 hours after your item shows as delivered:

Check if someone else from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.

Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.

Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number to start a claim.

Sometimes carriers communicate delivery prior to arrival, so we suggest waiting 24 hours.
If it has been 24 hours or more since the delivery notification and you still haven’t received the product, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for additional assistance. If the shipment is confirmed “missing”, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
Carefully review your shipping information for accuracy before submitting
your order. Once an order is placed, shipping address cannot be changed
online. When you need, first of all, please check the status of your order.
Pending: You can just leave it alone and place a new order.
Shipped: It depends on the carrier’s service. Some carriers
offer address change service by charging additional fee. With all of this in
mind, we still do understand that sometimes you want to ask us to try, so
you may contact Customer Service to check the possibility. Note that country
cannot be changed, success or not depends on carriers, additional address
change fee will be at customer’s expense.
If unfortunately, the carrier who delivers your order doesn’t offer address
change service, please manage to receive your order at the original shipping
address or directly contact the carrier to seek assistance. If the address
is totally invalid, package may be destroyed or returned to sender. In this
situation, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited
to extra shipping charges and handling fees.
Changes are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from our

Do You Ship to Multiple Shipping Addresses?
Each order allows for the specification of only one shipping address. If you’re purchasing multiple items and wish to have them delivered to different addresses (e.g., buying an item for yourself and another as a gift for a friend), it’s necessary to make separate purchases for each item. This ensures that each item is shipped to the desired address accurately.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?
Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.
What Should I Do If There is a Serious Delay with My Shipment?
Please contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate. If it is confirmed there is an exception (i.e., package lost) or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Obvious Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please immediately inspect the items and check their condition. With obvious damage on items themselves, please refuse the specific package, and clearly mark down the damage situation when signing any paperwork. If the carrier denies your refusal and insists on you accepting the shipment, please document the series of events (package damage, item damage, not being allowed to refuse, etc.) on all paperwork and take photographs. If you accept the goods without noting the circumstances, the carrier might refuse to address the damages caused during transit.

I Received a Wrong Item
If you believe you have received the wrong product, please verify the item number of the item(s) you received compared to your order confirmation and/or invoice. If it does not match, contact customer service immediately, be sure to include the copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & Qty of the wrong item(s), provide pictures clearly showing the wrong item. The wrong item must be returned in original packaging, WeBathroom will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You can exchange it for the correct one or request a full refund.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
If we cancel your order, we will refund you within 3 working days.
If you apply for a return refund, when we receive your return, we will
refund you within 5 working days after receipt and inspection.
The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn
from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.
If you originally paid with credit card, please allow up to one billing
cycle for the credit to show in the bank statement. It mostly depends on how
fast your bank processes the credit.
Please do not request a chargeback from your credit card company during the

Any self-packed items by the customer will have a high chance of being damaged on the way caused by flimsy materials or improper techniques. That’s why we don’t generally allow any returns without their complete original packaging. In a way, this also prevents lots of potentially wasted efforts and protects the customer’s interest.

This is a fantastic smart bidet toilet! It is completely tankless but has a super strong flush. Love all the features it has such as the seat warmer, bidet water temperature/pressure/ position selection, dryer temperature, night light, hot and cold water massage to get you extra clean, and a flush all with a touch of a button on the remote. It even has a sensor on the seat for an automatic flush when you get up. It also has a spray and dryer function on the right of the toilet and an emergency battery backup. We just had this installed by a contractor since we didn’t have an outlet for the toilet plug. So they used the existing light switch in the toilet area for electricity to the toilet. They needed to cut the dry wall to do. The installer said the instructions were straight forward and came with a very handy template. He said as long as you have a flat service you are good to go with this toilet. The toilet took him about 2 hours to install. It came packaged very well. Highly recommend!

It is hard to use a non-washing toilet now! We have gotten spoiled.
Since it simply sits on the floor/drain pipe, there are no bolts to attach, so our plumber used a sealing compound along the bottom edge of the toilet at the floor. Make sure your floor is level!

This is an AWESOME toilet. It’s a show stopper and a conversation starter. All our guest love it. I love the self cleaning feature (though you still need to use a cleaning brush every so often). I love the light feature (would be even cooler if it changed colors). I LOVE the heated seats! I do agree with the comments on the remote and really wish it at a minimum had a back light (if the remote is ever updated, I’d like a new one please). We reviewed a lot of bidet toilets before deciding on this one and I’m so glad we did. Some of the ones we looked at cost more than 4 times the amount of this one and had less features. My only regret about this toilet is that we only purchased 2 and we have 6 bathrooms. We put one in the guest bath and one in the master bath and everybody wants to use that bathroom (master is off limits). This toilet will definitely spoil you and you won’t wanted to go back to a regular toilet.

I love the look, the lid opens automatically (within close distance), meaning when I go in and out of the bathroom to use the sink right next to it, the lid doesn’t open. which is great! and the rest works well too, heated seats, water with pressure and temp adjustments, the remote control is easy to use. I love it.

This product is amazing, it uses very little water and flushes 10 times better than my old toilet that used somewhere between double or triple the water. We just finished our bathroom remodel. I am still excited about the new toilet as I have never had a bidet and always wanted one. Getting use to how to use/ shift and manuever to get thoroughly clean takes some getting used to, but that is user based. For the toilet itself- there are a few pros and cons to the unit. Pros: WeBathroom customer service was great. They answered my questions quickly and delivery was as stated. The sensors are spot on. When you enter and get close to toilet the sensor picks up quickly to open the lid. The sensor on the seat is also great to know when you stand in order to flush. Cons: I have an all tile bathroom so the flush is pretty loud. I wish it was quieter- especially at night. The remote does not have light so at night if you want to use the bidet features you have to turn on a light or fumble around with the remote. The design is sleek which I love so there aren’t too many nooks and crannies to clean. However, the base is opened in the back. If someone has a loose, splattery stool (i know- tmi lol) it may shoot out the back. And if the rear of your toilet is too close to the wall it is hard to reach around to clean or even see what you are cleaning. This happened to me when my son was sick. Cleaning behind the toilet is tough. All in all for my first bidet i am satisfied. When it is time to purchase a new one- i will take my cons into consideration and purchase same manufacturer if they had an updated version. We would definitely purchase from WeBathroom.

Installation was a bit of a problem, The plumbing fittings provided didn’t fit a standard thread, so, I did buy a shorter hose and a different attachment for my plumbing. Also if installed as close to the wall as suggested you can’t attach the screws to lock it down. I carefully put a pipe under the toilet and rocked it up to allign it over the drain and put the screws through the holes. Then after assuring that all worked I used silicone around the whole toilet to hold it in place. This worked and I am happy with it. In the pictures you can see a vinyl roll of tape that can be added for a nice finish over the silicone. Also included you can see the plug and the plumbing fittings.

We love our Modern Smart One-Piece 1.28 GPF Floor Mount Elongated Automatic Toilet the amount of functions… the Warmed Water… the Warmed seat! We do wish that there was a more comprehensive manual that explained the functions better.. we had to sit for 20 minutes to figure out the functions. The installation was pretty simple, Although the supplied adapter did leak and it took a lot of Teflon tape to get it to stop as the threads are fully bottomed out. I will be monitoring this connection. We have had this installed for about a month but so far, we enjoy it fully.

So, after a recent Stroke we purchased this product. I had of corse been aware of this type of product but like most North Americans had never actually seen one in use. To say once you’ve tried one you’ll never go back is an understatement. IT does what it says it does and it does it very well. I’m just adding my voice to the choir here. My 16 year old son set it up in 15 min.from unboxing to 1st test. So I’d say easy to install and very easy to use. Water it warm long enough to do the job and you can adjust both intensity and temp.
If you are on the edge “JUMP” great product no issues. Read the manual online to be prepared for the unit when it arrives.

I’ll add to the to the other hundreds of great reviews and say this thing is incredible. I used one at The W hotel in china and needed to get myself my own.
The installation for me was tricky. The drain hole was close to the wall, and my subfloor is concrete so I had to get creative with an angled flange in the floor, and cutting a hole in my drywall so it sits flush to the floor. The screws to hold down the toilet are underneath in the back. There’s no clearance for me to tighten them, but the toilet is still working great.

This bidet/smart toilet is really beautiful. We bought the “auto” function so the lid lifts as you approach. So far it is very accurate and consistent, lifting the lid when it detects motion at approximately 4’. We also got the light feature, which is nice for night use, the toe button which lifts the seat for my hubby and the auto function which detects someone is on the seat. My only complaint is the hand held “remote”. The screen is grey with options displayed in a darker grey shade; very hard to read in daylight and impossible at night. They REALLY need a backlight and more contrast so you can actually see the options. The bottom of the remote uses images (a butt for bottom wash and wind for dryer) so I’ve just memorized the location of buttons for nighttime use. But for a toilet this expensive the hand held is a real disappointment. There are also buttons on the right side, but I’ve never used them as they are impossible to see without standing on your head. You could memorize button locations for that as well, but there’s really no point as long as the remote works.

We installed this toilet in a remodel. I am very happy with the performance and would buy this again. Some things to note: the water supply hookup is NOT standard. This toilet comes with a 3/4″ hose which my plumber had to redo the wall valve to fit. Note that you cannot turn off the digital display of this toilet, so that temperature reading is always on and is very bright in the dark. That display, plus the blue toilet bowl light, make nice night lights in the dark. But if you are light sensitive and have a space that the toilet is installed in an open bathroom, the entire space will be lit up. There is no “mute” button for the display that I have found. The water pressure from the bidet feature is low in my opinion, even at its highest setting. But it is still enough to get the job done. A very nice feature is the air filter which seems to remove almost ALL odor. Note my wife is 5’2″, and says the height of this unit is high for her, ie her feet barely touch the floor, so if you are on the shorter side this unit may be too tall.

Higher sitting seat vs our old tiolet and hands free lifting/closing of lid and seat after 2 recent back surgeries is a game changer. The other functionality all gravy.
Only small critiques: beeping sound after every function command push on remote, the night light is always on if selected, not motion detected, the remote isn’t lighted, and the plummer used a different wax ring (or two) for install vs what came with it. He said he’s never seen one made out of that material. All small enough to still give it a 5 rating.

I have dad the toilet for 3 months now. It was an appeasement to my wife, I really thought it was a gimmick. I have to say, she was right and I was wrong. We all love this toilet. You truly can ditch the TP (at least for the backside, the lady parts might want blotting). The blow drier is kind of a gimmick because you would have to sit there for like 5 or 10 minutes, but it really gets you 100% clean very comfortably. I was out of town last weekend and had to go back to old fashioned toilet and was so annoyed. My only dislike is as a male who want to stand to pee, it is a bit tedious to get the ring seat to go up. I also fear that it will break at some point, there are a lot of moving parts. . . but it would be unfair to criticize something that hasn’t broken because I fear that it might break. The only other complaint is that the water valve is a bit harsh, it causes water hammer noise. I tried a water hammer arrestor but it still does it.

I have had the toilet for almost a month now, so I feel I can leave a review for others. I like the toilet, my wife has told me at least 10 times how much she likes the toilet. We owned the $300 home depot touchless toilet before this that took AA batteries with an external $60 hand held bidet. If I were comparing this toilet to what I had previously, I would leave a 10 star review. The problem is that you are reading my review to determine which toilet that costs $800 and up is the right one for you. In this price range, you need a comparison to other toilets in this range and you can not sit on them to compare. So I am going to give the most detailed review I can, to help you make up your mind.
1. This toilet is worth the price, my wife likes this more than anything else I could have I could have purchased for her. She is comparing to home depot toilets, so this is off the charts awesome. I think she would have been just as happy with any of the options you are looking at.
2. I really like the warm seat, I have it set to the lowest setting 34 degrees C, and it is very nice to sit on a warm seat.
3. The warm water from the bidet is nice, but not necessary IMHO. The bidet does not have a powerful enough setting to clean you without using toilet paper. My old hand held had a manual lever to adjust pressure, this one has 2 levels, weak spray and medium spray. My wife thinks the medium spray level is perfect, so it may just be me. If someone had told me the bidet on this were weak in a review, I would have looked for a different one.
4. The light, looks super cool and clean. However, at 3 AM when it is pitch black, you walk in and the toilet is glowing and looks cool, but as soon as the lid opens, it is painfully bright on your eyes, I kind of wish it were a red or yellow color, blue is harsh. It is good any other time, just not in the middle of the night. I am going to get a red permanent marker and color the led red to see if that fixes it.
5. The sensor to open the lid is not sensitive enough. You have to move your foot toward it and then stop less than a foot from the toilet for 1 second, and then the lid opens. I wish it would be more sensitive when opening the lid. Then 3 times now, I have gone to sit down, and the seat started lifting when I turned around, so too sensitive for the seat, not sensitive enough for the lid.
The problem is you have to buy this toilet and spend $300 installing it to find anything you do not like about it. Despite the caveats, the toilet is worth the money and you will be happy with the purchase. It looks very cool in the bathroom and it will be a good feature whenever I sell my house. I just wish there were some more detailed honest reviews on this website so I could have gotten one with a more powerful bidet.

A bit tricky to install as you need your water outlet and power outlet to be in close range if you want to position the toilet appropriately. I was hoping it would sit flush to the wall, but it leaves about a 1″ gap from the wall to the toilet. I used my own rubber ring instead of the wax ring they provided, that is too difficult to install for a heavy toilet. I haven’t used the features yet, but it feels like what is provided are good product features.

I purchased this bidet a few months ago. It was very easy to install and I like the looks, however it is very sensitive to movement, opening and closing frequently when I am in my small bathroom. The lid even opens when I walk past the hallway that the bidet backs up to. Sometimes when I prepare to sit, the seat rises. Sometimes I hear it flushing when I am not in the room. Very curious. I bought 2 and after installing the first I needed to return the 2nd b/c theres no way we could have this thing flushing in the bedroom in the middle of the night. I dont know if the standard auto flushes BUT its worth looking into. also some of the buttons on the remote do not work (they are currently working on that for me. other than that the toilet is awesome. love the bidet and heated seat function. the auto seat is a bit much (constantly going up when you are in the vicinity – but not using it). I would go standard if I bought again!
